The congress was initiated by Platforma – a platform for civil, anti-war and humanitarian initiatives, co-organised by Austausch e.V. and CISR e.V., and supported by EU Public Diplomacy – Russia project, European Commission, EEAS, as well as by German Ministry of Foreign Affairs
